Who we are. Garden rooms New Alresford is a referral website operated by Dean Keating. We are the data controller for enquiries made through this site. Contact: hello@deankeating.com.
What we collect. The details you enter in our enquiry form or give us on a call: your name, phone number, postcode and a description of your project. If you call us, the call may be recorded and transcribed so the enquiry can be passed on accurately — you will be told at the start of the call.
Why. To pass your enquiry to an independent local garden rooms installer so they can contact you about a quote. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give when you tick the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in handling the enquiry you made.
Who we share it with. One independent local installer who covers your area, and the service providers that run this website, our email and our phone system. We never sell your details and never pass them to more than one installer for the same enquiry without telling you.
How long we keep it. Up to 12 months after your enquiry, then it is deleted.
Your rights. You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@deankeating.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
